RETURN POLICY, SHIPPING, BULK DISCOUNTS & WARRANTY INFORMATION

U.S. Orders 

1. •        Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. ship within one business day.
   

2. •        Standard delivery is UPS ground service.  (Second & next day air service available for U.S.  shipments but you must email us for a quote before ordering.)
   

3. •        Standard delivery to parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico is priority mode through US postal
   

           service (priority mail or 4th class/parcel post rates.)

2. •        $20.00 charge for NSF checks.
   

International Shipments

1. •       We can email a quote.  For a rate - email us at tonyalarson@mac.com
   

2. •       New rates from UPS allow for more economical delivery on larger orders with delivery available in 3 - 5 days.   Fax order to 347-823-7992 and include your email address. We will email back a quote for shipping and product.  Payment can be made via credit card, funds transfer or a check.  We reserve the right to request wire transfer of funds especially if we have experienced a high volume of fraudulent activity in a given area.
   

3. •       Canadian Orders ship UPS or Post Office, depending on which is more economical.

1. •        You must email us for a return authorization code and return address
   

2. •        Satisfaction Guaranteed - return unused product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping)
   

3. •        We reserve the right not to accept product that is in poor condition
   

4. •        We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee
   

5. •        Videos and CD products returned due to damage by customer will not be refunded.
   

Prices

1. •        Prices are subject to change without notice and we also reserve the right to discontinue  products
   

Warranties

1. •        Tonya Larson Fitness provides no product liability, warranties, or product guarantees beyond  those supplied by our manufacturers.
   

2. •        All fitness equipment offers a manufacturers warranty of 90 days to 2 years depending upon  the item. Please refer to your manual if you are within that time frame and follow the manufacturers directions.
   

Quantity Discount

1. •        3% Discount for orders over $500.00, 6% discount for orders over $1,000 and 9% discount for orders over $2,000.00.  Discount typically excludes online specials and Original Health Club Step products.
